Primary focus of Energy Audit is to know the efficiency of the equipment or the system installed and to improve the efficiency.
Energy Audit studies have been instrumental in saving 7.5% to 25% of resource costs.
To explore the options for reducing energy wastage
To create an Energy Roadmap for implementation of effective energy strategy.
To minimise the wear & tear of the equipmentTo know the generation of green house gases or CFP level
To identify the design error/ occurring defects in the system
We have on board AARCS – A group of BEE Certified Energy Auditors – for conducting Energy Audits & verification of the savings realized by implementation of energy saving projects.

Study of distribution / handling systems
The study evaluates losses through distribution / handling systems and suggests methods to optimize the same.
The electrical distribution system is analyzed of voltage drop, while compressed air piping is evaluated for pressure drops and leakages. Steam The study also identifies the major source of losses and their contribution and suggests methods to optimize the same.
Study of processes and operations
The study evaluates performance of major processes and operations for efficient utilization of resources. The systems are studies to evaluate operating capacity and process efficiency. It identifies major areas for improvements and suggests methodologies to achieve the same.
Harmonic Analysis
The studies primarily involve installing three phase power / harmonic analyzer (with clamp on CTs and voltage probes) on the main cables incoming to the individual Power Control Centers (PCCs) for and studying the harmonic patterns for the mutually decided period.
The electrical distribution system is analyzed of voltage drop, while compressed air piping is evaluated for pressure drops and leakages. Steam The study also identifies the major source of losses and their contribution and suggests methods to optimize the same.
Identification of Potential Areas
This involves overall analysis of various data to identify major potential gain areas & their contribution. The study tabulates all the major prospective resource saving areas and realistic saving potential through each of the areas.
