  • Adequacy / Overloading of the cables by physical inspecting inside the panel.
  • Load imbalance by installing Power Analyzer at every floor for 24 Hours to verify the load at each and every phases.
  • Earth pit testing will be measured online without hampering the business with the help of Online Earth tester near to the panel and also at Earth pits.
  • Earth leak current measurement will be measured with the same process of Online Earth Tester across the panel.
  • Thermal imaging of electrical panels which will be checked during full load operation hours without taking any shutdown for determining the hot spot inside the panel.
  • Adequacy of safety devices including MCBs / ELCBs/RCCB by physically inspecting the ratings of MCCB, MCB, RCCB, Breakers Etc. Physically checking the settings of the breaker installed as per load requirement installed for the particular floor i.e. Ground, 6th & 7th floor panels.
  • Checking of Capacitor Banks at Every Floor by measuring the KVAR of Each banks, and checking for any abnormality along with recommendations.
  • Verifying the electricity Bills for any overloading or Sanctioned demand.
  • Review and taking a note of Connected load at all areas and to analyze the KW load which should be within permissible range of Sanctioned demand.
  • Visual inspection of the electrical system for any loose wirings, joints inside the panel, DB.
  • Checking the installation of Electrical systems which Complies to Statutory Rules i.e. Indian Electricity Rules 1956, IEE -512 standards.
  • Harmonics testing by installing the Power Analyzer inside the panel at all areas as per IEE – 512 standards.
  • Physically checking at all floor areas for any Electrical Fire Hazards potentials, with recommendations.
  • Competency and Adequacy of Electrical Personnel handling the Electrical Systems.
  • Verifying Past history Electrical Accident Investigation Procedure.
  • Availability of Electrical Single Line Diagram / Lay out Diagram / Equipment Layout / Electrical Control diagram.
  • Review of the importance given to electrical safety in the company safety policy, safety committee, continuous Electrical risk identification etc.
  • Checking the availability of Fire Related observations in terms of Availability for Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Recommendations on the Audit points.
